Urgent, i. e. life-threatening emergencies, must be attended by an emergency doctor. Call the emergency doctor with the telephone number 112.
What to Do in Case of Emergency?
When you call the emergency service, speak calm and mind the following aspects:
- Who is speaking?
- Where happened the emergency?
- What happened exactly?
- How many persons are injured or sick?
Please do not hang up after you have reported the details of the emergency. Wait for further inquiry.
